Most items shown are in stock. If a product does not appear in a specific size in the 'Size' or 'Colour' drop-down, this means the item is out of stock. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag, it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing. If you complete your order and we are out of stock, we will be in touch within 5 hours to inform you. Please note that during particularly busy periods, whilst we endeavour to hold all product variations, we do occasionally sell out and will get in touch with you ASAP.

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified, and the item(s) located will your order be accepted and the item(s) shipped. At which point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable, you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s), and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.

All orders are shipped in our fully recyclable boot boxes with acid free tissue. Your boot box will be inside a recyclable DPD courier bag.

All of our orders are sent out via DPD. Delivery to the UK costs £5.00 and takes between 1-2 working days. Unfortunately we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery, although all items are sent via DPD Next Day and so generally arrive the next day. Refer to our Shipping and Returns page for full details.

Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival: this is for security and privacy reasons. All parcels are GPS tracked for security. Please ensure that you are available at the delivery address to accept your delivery. If your parcel is not signed for, you will receive a card providing you with instructions to rearrange a delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot. If your delivery fails repeatedly, you may be charged again to re-dispatch your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.

No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. Having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history and save your personal details as well as edit your favourites items.

UK VAT is charged on all orders - it is included in the product price and equates to 20%.

Once you place an order using our online system, you will receive an email to the address supplied to confirm your order. Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch.
