Yard Boots

Dukes has now developed designs for a series of Yard boots. The idea behind this was to keep our designs as traditional as possible but to use a rubber sole on this set of boots. This makes them perfect for use as Yard boots, general work boots or even garden boots!

Our rubber soles are Goodyear welted soles - not to be confused with attaching car tyres to the soles of your boots. The "welt" is a strip of leather sewn around the bottom edges of the shoe. The outer sole is then double stitched to the welt. The idea behind this is to ensure that your boots are 100% waterproof and hard wearing.
