Alpine style - meet Moritz

Our designers at A.C.Hare have been working for 6 months to develop a new boot. The brief: an alpine style boot offering ultimate warmth. The boot must be androgynous in look but not too chunky like other hiking boots on the market - remaining feminine. After many sample productions, we are so proud to release our new snow boot, Moritz.

As a completely new style for A.C.Hare, the Moritz boots delivers on all of the above. Handmade from super soft suede, oiled leather, and finished with shearling trims and hiking laces, the low cut of this boot makes it incredibly easy to style with many outfits. Not to mention the warmth - and they are so warm!

Here is my outfit from today - I spent the day on the Southern Coast after reading a friend of mines book, The Book of Tides. The weather was thankfully dry, but we are certainly edging in to chillier temperatures and the shearling lining of my Moritz boots kept my normally very cold toes warm! The natural properties of shearling offer temperature regulation - the fleece of natural sheepskin contains hollow fibres which naturally breathe. When shearling is in contact with the human body, it helps to regulate body temperature which is why we have used full shearling in our Moritz boot.

We hope you love our Moritz boots as much as we do!
